You can use this site without creating an account, and we never ask for health information. We do not sell or share personal information.

What we collect

We record basic, anonymous page analytics — which page was viewed, where the visit came from, and a random session identifier stored only for the current browser tab. This is not linked to your name, email or any health details.

Searches and location

Town or ZIP searches happen in your browser and appear in the page address so results can be shared or bookmarked. If you use "Use my location", your browser asks permission first and we only convert the coordinates into the nearest Connecticut town — we do not store them.

Contacting therapists

When you call, email, visit a website or book with a therapist, that conversation is between you and them, under their own privacy practices.
